I have been to a few sushi places so far. My craving for good sushi has been amplified by the recent hours I have logged in the game Dave the Diver. Not sure how this switch game has managed to have any psychological appeal effects on my actual food cravings but here I am. I came here on a small sliver of hope it would not disappoint. Like I said, I have been to a few places for sushi in Vancouver. Sushi Ninja vanished my disappointment, exceeded my expectations. The sushi priced to encourage visits rather than you budget your next date night or splurge. You might say - “sounds cheap Rosie, cheap sushi means gastric distress” I would generally agree with that statement except in the case of Sushi Ninja. This is quality sushi at a reasonable price. 5/5 - this may be the best in Vancouver. Ps - preference - I don’t care for too much spicy mayo and there was a bit too much for my liking. Next time I will ask for less.

Ordered 3 different sushi rolls to go; the sushi rice was mushy and didn’t have the sushi flavor. The ginger was dried out and tough, usually one of my favorite things to eat at sushi restaurants. The sushi also lacked flavor… each roll tasted the same! Ordered an Eel roll, crab roll and a spicy salmon roll. Won’t be going back. My son and I couldn’t even eat all of it… left more than half of each roll. Definitely had better.

My partner and I love this sushi place! The best in Vancouver we have tried so far, it’s always so fresh and tasty 😋 we would dine here a lot more often if they had a couple of good local draft beers on tap.

Nice little spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The bento box and rolls are large portions. •Cheap eats •Rice and meats weren't dry •Fried items weren't greasy •Friendly staff

Fantastic sushi! I'm a little picky since I lived in Japan for a long time. They have a lot of American style rolls but also some really good traditional menu items...chirashi sushi, sashimi set etc... I also enjoyed the Japanese TV and overall atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

I had the lunch special @ happy hour so it was cheaper. comes w cucumber salad, soup & ur choice of 2 rolls less than $20 bux. My bill was over 40 only because I added a couple small rolls and a poke bowl also very delicious. Just go you won't be disappointed.

I took out my boyfriend with me to eat at this restaurant. Mind you, that this was his first time trying sushi. Growing up, he was always stubborn with trying sea food due to bad experiences. But, this restaurant has made his first time trying sushi pretty good. The fish was fresh without a stale taste. The portions are generous. He even finished the whole Ninja Sushi Sampler Plate. The only thing that needs to be improved on is the Egg Drop Flower Soup. We wished the soup would be less thick. Overall, we recommend coming here. :)

I went here the other day for the lunch special. It was a great deal! I loved sitting at the bar and watching the fish be prepared. I honestly like this sushi more than others I’ve had. Tried spicy tuna roll, It was actually a little spicy, I’ve never experienced elsewhere and loved that. Also got California roll and Vegas roll. It was all great. I think the price is good for quality and quantity. With the lunch special, I expected the rolls to come in half their regular size. Pleasantly surprised they were normal sized. Give it a try !!
